Wilco new airbus series

Hi I am new,

I need help I have xp and FSX I have airbus wilco evolution vol 1. I can see the planes already in my fsx but when I try to use one of the wilco planes I have this message : "a fatal error ocurred" and then the fsx restart. can somebody help me please?
