  1. FSX/P3Dv3,4,5 Yak-7

    FSX/P3Dv3,4,5 Yak-7
The Yakovlev Yak-7  was developed from the earlier Yak-1 fighter, initially as a trainer (Yak-7UTI) but converted into a fighter. As both a fighter and a trainer, the Yak-7 proved to be a capable aircraft and was well liked by air crews. The Yak-7 was simpler, tougher and generally better than the Yak-1. 3. FSX North American T-28C Trojan - VT-6 - Repaint

This is a repaint of a true classic, in both real and sim flying.
This is the 1st in a serious of repaints for countries that flew the North American T-28 in their military.
This version represents T-28C BuNo 140481 that was assigned to the US Navy training squadron VT-6 based at NAS Whiting Field in Milton Florida during the 1970's.
In addition to the aircraft, pilots have been modified.
The front pilot represents a Marine Corps student (Camo helmet) with a USN instructor in the aft seat.
Also, the flight suit has been modified to have the pencil pocket on the correct (left) sleeve, and the VT-6 patch is on the right sleeve of both pilots.
They also are clean shaven, no beard, to maintain uniform appearance requirements of the time.
Repaint is based upon an actual aircraft (https://www.airliners.net/photo/USA-Navy/North-American-T-28C-Trojan/1929944)

  4. Douglas TBD1Devastator native FSX/P3D4 v3,v4,v4.5

    TBD Devastator native FSX/P3D3,4,4.5
TBD Devastator introduced a new era in naval aviation . Biplanes on carrier decks would soon be consigned to history. The TBD Devastator was the Navy's first all-metal, monoplane torpedo bomber. lt was also the Navy's flrst carrier-based plane to come with an enclosed cockpit, and the first to use main landing gear wheel brakes.  The TBD was withdrawn from front-line service in the summer of 1942, but continued in service as an advanced trainer until the end of the war. A total of 130 TBDs were built.  native mdl by A.F.Scrub

  5. FSX Mitsubishi J8M1 Shusui v1

FSX Mitsubishi J8M1 Shusui v1. The Mitsubishi J8M Shusui is a Japanese secret weapon that flies with rocket power jointly developed by the Japanese Navy and the Army at the end of World War II, and was based on the German Messerschmitt Me163. Me163 materials provided by Germany were sunk by the US military while being transported by submarine. The materials of Me163 that arrived in Japan had only a photograph of the exterior and a small amount of data. However, Japanese aviation engineers completed the J8M Shusui in just one year and made its first flight on July 7, 1945. Shusui release the wheels after takeoff. This my model uses a gear lever to release the wheels. Skid retracts and extends use flap keys. There is only about 6 minutes of fuel. When the fuel runs out, glide from the sky of 10,000 meters and return. In addition, the gauge using "Night Texture" shines even in the dark. I wanted to reproduce the gauges painted with the luminous paint of the WW2 Japanese aircraft. I have not checked if it works with other than FSX Acceleration. FSDS model by Uenoshing.

Repaint for Steve Hess' update to the AlphaSim P-51D.
You will need FSX North American P-51D Mustang v1.1 (fsx_p-51d_ver_1_1.zip)
The Tom Cruise P-51 Mustang scene in which Maverick and Rooster work on the plane at the end of Top Gun Maverick is owned by Tom Cruise in real life. His passion for aviation was sparked while filming the original 1986 Top Gun movie and in 1994 Cruise became a licensed pilot. The P-51 Mustang used in Top Gun: Maverick was built in 1946 and Cruise has owned the plane, which has an estimated value of $4 million, since 2001. Cruise originally branded the aircraft "Kiss Me Kate" after his ex-wife Katie Holmes, but he has since removed the name from the P-51 following their separation.

  7. Virtavia XB-46 - FSX

Now free from Virtavia - Thanks Phil

For the 1944 jet bomber competition Consolidate Vultee (which became Convair) offered their model 109, which featured four Allison J-35-A-3 jet engines slung under the long straight wings in two large pods. Designated the XB-46, the first and only aircraft built made its maiden flight on 2 April, 1947. On a flight to Wright Field the XB-46 averaged 533 mph. Top speed was 548 mph at 15,000ft. The XB-46 could cruise at 439 mph with a service ceiling of 40,000 feet.
The aircraft was capable of carrying 4280 gallons of fuel and estimated range would have been 2870 nautical miles with an 8000lb bomb load. The XB-46 carried a crew of three, a pilot, co-pilot and bombardier. One of the more unusual features of the XB-46 was its pneumatic system which ran the undercarriage, bomb bay, crew doors, and brakes. No production orders were ever issued for the XB-46 as the Air Force deemed the type obsolete with the advent of the Boeing XB-47.
    Features
Very high quality interior (cockpit) and exterior models. Cockpit features authentic representations of both pilot and copilot stations. One bare-metal effect 4096 pixel livery. Animated flaps, spoilerons, crew hatch, bomb doors, engine vents and crew figures. Togglable bombs in bomb bay. Automatic engine smoke effect. Custom engine start-up smoke effect. Togglable realistic crew figures. Illustrated user manual in PDF format. Jet engine soundset. PhotoShop paint kit files provided. Note – no 2D panel is provided.

The most important change in the Seafire Mk XV was the Griffon engine and the reinforced main undercarriage which used longer oleos and a lower rebound ratio. This went some way towards taming the deck behaviour , reduced the propensity of the propeller tips "pecking" the deck during an arrested landing and the softer oleos stopped the aircraft from occasionally bouncing over the arrestor wires and into the crash barrier. VII) series engine with two-stage, two-speed superchargers. Extended, "pointed" wingtips were fitted to the Type C wings, increasing the wingspan to 40 ft 2 in (12.2 m). Because the threat from high altitude bombers never materialised many Mk VIIs later reverted to the normal, rounded wingtip. Native mdl by A.F.Scrub
