  1. CFS DeHavilland D.H.9

    CFS DeHavilland D.H.9, Chilean Air Force - Fuerza Aerea de Chile. The Chilean Army Air Corps, (later Chilean Air force) operated the D.H.9 between the years 1919 to 1926, mainly in bomber duties, bomber training, reconnaissance and liaison. On september 1922, two D.H.9 own named "Talca" and "Ferroviario", participated in the first south-american long range cruise, Santiago-Rio de Janeiro, leaded by Cap. Diego Aracena Aguilar.     CFS Heinkel He-46C. The Heinkel He 46 was a German World War II-era monoplane designed in 1931 for the close reconnaissance and army co-operation roles. While it served with the Luftwaffe's front-line units only briefly at the start of World War II. Also was used by the Nationalists forces during the Spanish Civil War, and Hungarian and Bulgarian air forces in the Eastern Front. Based on FS5/FSFS Pegasus Aviation Design/Frank Elton.   3. CFS Republican Air Force Hawker Fury MK I

    CFS Republican Air Force Hawker Fury MK I, Spanish Civil War, 1936. At the beginnings of Spanish Civil War, the Republican Air Force received three Fury MK I. One Fury made a forced landing behind enemy lines due to a lack of fuel and was repaired by the Nationalists, although it was not used operationally, while the Republicans used two of the Furies in the defence of Madrid until wrecked in a crash in November 1936. The Spanish Furies had cantilever undercarriage internally-sprung wheels, Hispano Suiza 12Xbr engines, and Spanish built 7.7 mm machine guns. Based on Chris Lampard original.   4. CFS SAAF Hawker Fury MK II

    CFS SAAF Hawker Fury MK II, 43 Squadron, South African Air Force, Lybia 1942. The SAAF received some of these after the RAF retired them. They were used in the Western Desert and Italian East Africa (Abyssinia), downed some Italian bombers as well as strafing many arfields, destroying fighters and bombers on the ground.     CFS Hawker Audax. The Hawker Audax was a Hawker Hart variant, designed for the army co-operation role, seeing much service in the British Empire. The first Audax flew in late 1931, and eventually, over 700 Audaxes were produced (including export). The Audax very similar to the Hart, though had some modifications, including a hook to pick up messages. Based on Mike Hill original.     CFS Hawker Hartbees. The Hawker Hartbees was the South African version of Hawker Hart. His role was light bomber and was built for the South African Air Force with modifications made from the Audax. Sixty-five of these aircraft were built, and the serial number #851 is yet preserved in a South African museum. Based on Mike Hill original.     CFS Hawker Hector. The Hawker Hector was a variant of the Hawker Hart, but with a Napier Dagger III H-block engine, instead the Rolls-Royce Kestrel, and redesigned straight wings.     CFS Hawker Hart (radial engine). The Hawker Hart and its many derivations, the Demon, Audax, Hardy, Hind, Osprey and Hector must have been the multi-role aircraft of the 1930s. Constructed by Sydney Camm, the prototype Hart flew for the first time in 1928 with production machines reaching RAF service in 1930. This virtual model represent the Hart "black M", in Finnish winter war camouflage. A replica of this machine is yet preserved and displayed at the Swedish Air Force Museum in Linkoping. As second set of textures, included is the Hart #1301, the first Hart made at Sweden, but powered by Bristol Pegaus IM2, instead the Mercury VII engine. Based on FS.5/FSFS Mike Hill original. All reworked to CFS, with new air file, up-scaled, damage profile, moving parts and new textures by Edmundo Abad.

    CFS Polikarpov I-153 "Chaika" (Nomonhan Incident). The Russian Polikarpov I-153 Chaika ("Seagull") was a late 1930s Soviet biplane fighter. Developed as an advanced version of the I-152 with a retractable landig gear. The I-153 fought in the Soviet-Japanese combats in Mongolia on Summer 1939 ("Nomonhan Incident" on Manchkuoan-Mongolian border), the "Winter War" against Finland on 1939-40, and was one of the Soviet's major fighter types in the early years of the Second World War.     CFS Polikarpov I-153 "Chaika" (Winter Textures). The Russian Polikarpov I-153 Chaika ("Seagull") was a late 1930s Soviet biplane fighter.     CFS Ilyushin Il-4/DB-3F. The Ilyushin Il-4 was a Soviet World War II bomber aircraft, widely used by the Soviet Air Force (VVS, Voenno-Vozdushnye Sily) although not well known. Its NATO code-name was "Bob". This virtual model represent the Ilyushin Il-4/DB3F of the Frontal Aviation Regiment, Eastern Front, Summer 1942. And the same Ilyushin Il-4/DB3F on winter camouflage. The Mitsubishi A7M2 Reppu ("Strong Gale" or "Hurricane"), allied codename "Sam", was designed as the successor to the Imperial Japanese Navys A6M Zero, with development beginning in 1942, but was finished too late in 1944, and mass production of Reppu was not in time of WWII.     CFS Bell P-39 Airacobra. The P39 though not to popular with either the British or Americans found use on the Eastern Front under the Soviets. Its rugged construction and easy maintenance as well as its heavy armament of a 37mm cannon, made it an excellent ground attack aircraft. This virtual model represent a P-39Q Airacobra of VVS - Soviet Air Force, with the american registration number on the vertical stabilizer, which indicates that the plane was recently delivered to URSS.     CFS Bell P-63 Kingcobra. The Bell P-63 Kingcobra (Model 24) was a United States fighter aircraft developed in World War II from the Bell P-39 Airacobra in an attempt to correct that aircraft's deficiencies. Although the aircraft was not accepted for combat use by the United States Army Air Forces, it was successfully adopted by the Voienno Vosduscni Sili (VVS-Soviet Air Force). This virtual model represent a P-63A Kingcobra of VVS - Soviet Air Force, with a cyrillic text in the nose, which says that the plane was devoted to Lenin by the people of Vitebsk.     CFS Yakovlev Yak-3. The Yakovlev Yak-3 was a World War II Soviet fighter aircraft. Robust and easy to maintain, it was much liked by pilots and ground crew alike. It was one of the smallest and lightest major combat fighters fielded by any combatant during the war, and its high power-to-weight ratio gave it excellent performance. It proved a formidable dogfighter. This virtual model represent the Yak3 #3, of "Normandie-Niemen" squadron, summer camouflage-1943. Fundamentally a lighter development of the Yak-7 with the same armament, it arrived at the front at the end of 1942.     CFS/FS98 Taylorcraft L-2 Grasshopper. The L2 Grasshopper was an American observation and liaison aircraft built by Taylorcraft for USAAF in World War II. In World War II, the USAAF began using the L-2 in much the same manner as the observation balloon was used during World War I, spotting enemy troop and supply concentrations and directing artillery fire on them. It was also used for other types of liaison and transport duties and short-range reconnaissance which required airplanes that could land and take off in minimum distances from unprepared landing strips.
