FS2004 Trek Airways Douglas DC-4-1009. Trek Airways operated two Douglas DC4 Skymasters and they were acquired from Northwest Orient in December 1957. The two DC-4's were unusual in that they were never military C-54's and had been manufactured as civil airliners after the end of World War Two. The aircraft began service in April 1958.The European routes were operated with night stops at Entebbe and Cairo. ZS-CIG was destroyed by fire after a belly landing near Assiout, Egypt, on September 9, 1960. There were no injuries to the passengers or crew. Model by Jens Kristensen (DC4_V30.ZIP).
