About This File

FS98 Siebel Si-204A. Light, all-metal 10-seat twin-engined transport designed by Siebel Flugzeugwerke in Halle, based on the smaller FH-104 "Hallore". It was originally intended as a passenger plane, but then produced for the Luftwaffe as a light communications aircraft and crew trainer. After 15 initial prototypes were built in 1940, production was continued in France by SNCAC under the model name NC-702 Martinet. It was also built in some other countries, some units still being operated well into the 60´s. The aircraft was powered by two 600 Hp Argus As411 12-cylinder inverted-V engines, and had a top speed of 196 knots. Custom panel with standard and FSFSconv guages, custom sounds by Mike Hambly. Metallic Textures by Udo Entenmann. By Stephan Scholz.
