FS2004 Canadian Virtual Airlines (CVA) MD-11F. This is a repaint of the freeware Simmers Sky/Overland McDonnell Douglas MD-11 in CVA colors. You must have the base aircraft installed to use these textures. The plane is painted up as a freighter but as the actual aircraft does not support this feature, the main cargo door will not actually open. By Keith Henry.
