FS2004 Vmod File Portsmouth Aerocar. Portsmouth aircraft manufacturer. The Portsmouth Aviation Company, originally called the Inland Flying Services Ltd and later known as the Southsea and Isle of Wight Aviation Co Ltd famously employed Amy Johnson started in 1929 in Romford Essex before moving to Apse Farm Aerodrome on the Isle of Wight in Hampshire. The Company is still trading to this day as just Portsmouth Aviation and have a web site. Aerocar built by Portsmouth Aviation only one prototype completed (Aerocar Major serial no. 002) scrapped in 1950 (another Aerocar Minor s/n 001 was started but not finished).
