FS2004 Scenery--Inuvik CYEV Update in NT Canada. This is a revised version of Inuvik CYEV, with slightly improved building textures, add-ons, new lighting for runway and apron, new signage, night textures for the terminal and tower, and apron floodlights. There is also new AI which gets rid of the porpoising First Air B737 and replaces it with a turboprop, and also links together Inuvik, Tuktoyaktuk, and Sachs Harbour as there is an Aklak Air DC3 flight that leaves Inuvik at 1500 GMT and does the round trip to Tuk, Sachs, Tuk, and then back to Inuvik. Inuvik is a town of 3500 or so inhabitants, 120 miles inside the Arctic Circle on the east side of the Mackenzie River delta. Four airlines serve the town, and there is a Canadian Forces base at the eastern end of the field, which is the reason for the 6000 feet of 150 feet wide asphalt 06/24 and the ILS. By Roger Wensley.
