FS2004/FSX Eurocopter BK-117 Fix. Texture fixes for repaints for Eurocopter BK-117/EC-145 (BK117-MEDICOPTER.ZIP and BK117-SPACECOPTER.ZIP) in the German paint schemes "Medicopter" and "Spacecopter". The mirrored labels "D-HBKS" and "D-HECE" on the left side are fixed. Repaint by Erwin Welker.
