X-Plane 10 Scenery--RAF Fairford (EGVA), UK, v1.0. RAF Fairford (EGVA) is a Royal Air Force station in Gloucestershire, England. It is currently a standby airfield and therefore not in everyday use. Its most prominent use in recent years has been as an airfield for United States Air Force B-52s during the 2003 Iraq War. RAF Fairford is also the home of the Royal International Air Tattoo, an annual air display and one of the largest airshows in the world. This scenery package is an enhanced conversion of RAF Fairford 2009 for FSX by Dave Morgan. Special thanks to Dave for permitting sharing this conversion with the XPlane community. Enhancements include numerous tarmac and road layout tweaks, taxiway and road markings, HDR lighting, and static aircraft. By David Marshall.
