FSX/Prepar3D Scenery--MMPP-Puerto Penasco. Puerto Penasco International Airport (IATA: PPE, ICAO: MMPE), officially Mar de Cortes International Airport, is an international airport located at Puerto Penasco, Sonora, Mexico, a city near the U.S./Mexican border, on the Gulf of California coast. It is also a port of entry into Mexico. Most of the operations are general aviation. This new airport does not exist in FSX default scenery, so this adds runway, facilities, terminal and VOR.
