X-Plane 10 Scenery--X6AB Aboyne Deeside Gliding Club Welcome to Deeside Gliding Club situated near Aboyne in the spectacular scenery of Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Deeside is the foremost wave soaring site in the British Isles, holding the UK altitude record of 38, 600 feet. Made using Google Earth and Overlay Editor, the scenery is pretty true to the real thing. Features include static gliders with glider boxes, a glider being hooked up on the grass strip, a clubhouse with rear beer garden, a railway line with AI trains and working signals, a level crossing and a train depot.
