About This File

X-Plane 9.70 Livingston Monocoupe N501W. The Monocoupe 110 Special was a United States sporting and racing aircraft of the 1930s and 1940s. Famous flier and race pilot Johnnie Livingston stole the show in the 1931 Cleveland Air Races with his modified Monocoupe model 110. Johnnie won six speed events and placed second in two other races. The aircraft presented here is a rendition of that original model 110, with tri-pod landing gear and the original 110 hp warner engine. By A. Lynn Lockrow (Clipwing).
