About This File

FSX Acceleration A-26 Lady Liberty. On of the most aesthetically pleasing aircraft of the Second World War was the Douglas A26 Invader, created as a replacement for the aging A-20 Havoc. The Commemorative Air Force flies one of the best examples of this design - the Lady Liberty, an A-26B-20-DL, ser. no. 41-39230. Their A-26 is the oldest flying Invader remaining. Earlier in its career with CAF, the Lady Liberty was flown with the glass nose of an A-26-C. This texture represents that plane. By Mark Powell.
