X-Plane 9.70+ Scenery--CA66 Monterey Bay Academy 1.0, California (CA), USA. This is Monterey Bay Academy, a private dirt airstrip located right along the Northern California coast 3 miles to the south west of Watsonville, CA. If you're looking for the scenic and more challenging approach, try landing on runway '10'. For this approach, you can either follow the coast up to the airstrip and have a very short approach or have a longer downwind and go over the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
