About This File

FS2004 Air Congo DeHavilland DH-89A. The first of two airlines by the same name, Air Congo of 1947 operated local services in the Great Lakes area of the eastern Belgian Congo. The airline operated Avro Ansons, De Havilland DH-104 Doves, and a single De Havilland DH-89 Dragon Rapide. The airline was taken over by SABENA in 1949, after which its fleet was sold off in 1950. C/n 6932 was sold to Air Congo in July of 1948, and registered as OO-CFI in August. It served both with Air Congo and SABENA, until being sold to DTA in December of 1950. This package includes both an Air Congo and SABENA version of OO-CFI. By Nikko Yaginuma.
