FS2004 Avikat DH-104 Dove KAT-22. During the Congo Crisis of 1960-1963, a number of DeHavilland DH-104 Doves were used as light transports and (converted) light bombers by the province of Katanga in its attempt at establishing its independence from the Democratic Republic of Congo. c/n 04507 "KAT-22", a 1959-built Dove Mk. 5 was one of eight Doves used by the Avikat, Katanga's military aviation.
