X-Plane 8 And 9 Scenery--Quebec Sainte-Anne de Beaupre. Sainte-Anne de Beaupre is an imposing Catholic shrine and monastery with thousands of visiting pilgrims every year. It is located on the north shore of the St-Lawrence River, about 15 min flying time east of Quebec City, in front of Orleans Island. The scenery is all made of custom objects that reproduce the main buildings, streets and parking areas. The streets are not airstrips but it is possible to land a small plane. The buildings are: The Basilica, The Cyclorama (housing a large 360 degree painting), the Basilica Inn, the monastery (4 buildings) and the chapel.
