FSX/FSX-SE scenery for KOXC-Waterbury-Oxford Airport Waterbury-Oxford Airport (KOXC) is located in the West-Central area of Connecticut (CT), USA and is a publicly owned, public use facility established in December, 1969. KOXC features a 5801 x 100 foot wide lighted asphalt runway with 4 light PAPI left side each end plus a lighted wind indicator in a segmented circle and a dusk to dawn land airport beacon.
