mondo19 Posted January 30, 2020 Share Posted January 30, 2020 Hi After adding 2- 3rd party A/C to FSX when FSX started it loads splash screen & after about 20 secs a message comes up saying fatal error & FSX must now close, both addons removed but fault is still the same, has been working ok prior to this. Need help to dechiper Event Viewer which is attached. System running on win 10 Pro [1903], cpu-AMD Ryzen 5 3600x 6-core, 32.0 GB RAM, Graphics card Nvidia GTX 1060 / 3 GB & store built Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
mondo19 Posted January 30, 2020 Author Share Posted January 30, 2020 Problem has been solved, decided to remove the file [q3d.dll] as listed in event viewer as having an error and doing a repair using the 2 FSX dics & the Acceleration disc, this replaced the q3d.dll file & now it all is ok.
