Can i copy MSFS from one drive to another ?

Can i copy MSFS2020 from a HDD to an SSD by doing copy and paste like i did with xplane 11 ???

 

Sim freezes every now and then for a few secds on medium settings, would increasing RAM fix this ?

I have almost the same spec pc with a different motherboard ,have you got the latest windows version ie did you update recently Version2004(OS Build 19041.450)the way to find out what win version you have is open the search box on the task bar and type winver it will come up top of the list click it and information will popup as for memory i feel its always a good thing and it doesent hurt to add more ram on the crucial web site there is a ram checker and it will scan your system and tell you what options you have to upgrade hope this helps
