Recommended Posts

They want you to open a account to get it and this is obviously a loss leader to get you to buy the manual.

they removed the extra page... they actually added the new information to the main page of guide features.

click on one of the page thumbnails to see the "Maximize Performance"

OK..there's no thumbnail page for the performance stuff... but they added it to the page.

I bought mine from Nels's store, so I'm waiting for my updated version from here.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

updated version available and downloaded... good information in new sections.

It's still more of a glossy guide than a manual, but for only 14 bucks, its pretty slick.

Still available free at simmarket if you have a account. Will probably also disappear so get if you missed it. But as they say, if you post something on the internet, it's here forever :)

It's 16 pages of the pay manual regarding performance optimization.

It would be nice to have a printed version. Looks interesting though.

Stinger

Print publishers seem to be going the way of the dodo bird :(

I bought a few nice books a few years ago, Prima Publishing's Flight Simulator X - Master the Experience and Brady Game's Grand Theft Auto 5, as well as a few Tomb Raider strategy guides.

I really miss Jane's Aircraft Recognition Guide. They stopped printing too.

Now all you can get is .PDF files which you have to print your own damn self on expensive laser/inkjet printers.

SoFly are you listening?
