    There is a youtube video by ObsidianAnt that describes caching. There is a way to "cache" certain areas and you can select the level of detail. This will permanently download those areas to your system and reduce the "constant" stream. He claims it looks and perhaps performs better doing this. I suspect they may have done this for the videos and it sorta makes sense that performance might improve as that is on less thing the PC is doing. Not that you want to do this for large areas...but if you are going to frequent your "home town" where you will recognize all of the landmarks it might be a good idea.

    When you say it looks "terrible" can you be more specific? Missing building trees, fuzzy textures, etc.? The sim will default to "offline" if it detects and issue with the internet connection. Do you happen to know the speed of your connection? Another thing to keep in mind is that if the "airport" is not a detailed one from the list it will appear more "generic" with fewer building and details and be more of a general representation.

    I have the X55 and it works just fine. After the install it will tell you that it doesn't have a default profile for this stick. All you kneed to do is go in to the control setting select the device and assign the axis and buttons to what you want. Everyone has slightly different preferences to what button does what. You will just need to experiment to see what you prefer.

    Anywhere there is a jetway it moves... Night lighting..."better" is probably subject to opinion...good/great...yes Not been to the carribean, but been to some "off the beaten path" places and they were fairly accurate...light years ahead of anything else out of the box.

    There is a work around for now...in the sound settings change the voice setting Azure to Windows. Sound is not as good but you won't have the cut outs. Read on the microsoft forums that they probably need to tweak something server side to push the voice more reliably.

    Si vi tu mensaje. Compre el edicion centro y no me gusto. El sombramiento no sirve y en Guadalajara hay un problema que causa mi computatodara problemas. Estoy redisenado Colima y guadalajara y espero producir una buena alternativa.
