I have found the environment of FSX to be great, the planes are very good, it is a disappointment to see tons of Payware its the same old story people trying to make a fast buck. What made this sim great was the dedication of the good people who do this hobby for fun and put their heart into it. When it comes to the panels they stink!!! They are the worst I have seen I saw in some it was so bad they had to borrow from FS9. As far as the scenery it is very good BUT!! the good people who make the scenery will drive me to drink. a number of the sceneries (not a lot) don;nt even show weather its FSX or FS9! The Scenery instructions Can be so complicated I give up. I will never go to FS2020 at almost 80 I have reached the end of the line. Casey

When will people ever learn MS created this abomination when they made W10 they made sure you could not run FSX through W10 even though people have had success in running FSX on W10 for me I stick with W7 I have no problems, the real crooks are MS that is what you are dealing with. Casey

Dear Mr Craig, I do appreciate your KC135 Tanker Version 5? I cannot find any version five for your tanker only v6 and v7, if I over looked v5 on the hjg website I am sorry...but for the momet I cannot find a version 5 for the KC135. Casey

I see that over 400 people have DL Jules Verne's Submarine Nautilus for FSX and it appears not one of them has had any problems except me. I follow the instructions set forth in my FSX boats folder but it does not show up on the free flight list. I don't know if I am doing something wrong here. Thanks Casey

I am hopeing someone can figure this instructions to paint Mr Eckert's Stearman. I cannot understand what the author is trying to say: "Copy the texture folder into the stearman civilian folder, then copy the main texture there into this one selecting not to overwrite files. I am almost 80 yrs old maybe I missed something here. Casey

Mr Eckert, What would it entail to create the "Cannibal Queen" a 1942 Stearman modified by Mr Stephen Coonts and flown in 1991 I have the FS2000 Cannibal Queen and it flys fairly well built by Mr Bill Lyons. Could it be brought up to FS2004 or even FSX standards. Thanks Casey

I paid $50.00 for a payware program to D/L to my PC, the D/L was Hi-Jacked and I loss my money. If you are going to use FS Global Weather be cautioned they only offer this same D/L program which is about 200MB, I am not saying this will happen but it could. I have read the different franches list of so called promises, there is a clause in their list they will not refund your money, as for me I learned my lesson it cost me, if they would just sell me the boxed PC copy and mail it to me I would buy it Casey

I am seeing more and more broken links and broken FS programs that no longer work, for me it is an alarming trend where it appears users ignore or pay no attention to them that are in dire need of repair. A major link that is broken and appears to be forgotten is a link to DL for ships for FS9 it is a Japanese website that has to do with naval ships that are made by Mr Welker if you DL a naval ship from this site it tells you to go to a link because the model requires it. I tried DL Mr dave Garwood's DH89 for FS9 it is a automated opening program I went through it 9 different times and MS closed it everytime I can only guess is that the program is corrupt I hate complaining, I just would like to see things work as the people who made them would want to. Mr Garwood, I saw your DH89 for FS9 and a paint for it but the D/L will not work nor will it open, it is a push button activation program that appears to start but then it closes. Thank You For Your Help Casey

I do not like complaining to the people who work hard so I can fly everywhere but this time I'm at a loss as to why Mr Mike Pearson creates the AI B-52 series which is a work of art from B52a through B52H and after I wade through all his pages of this work which is interesting ONLY to find NO instructions for traffic or files and left without a glue of what to do next...I presume that Mr pearson belives no one needs instructions for these files from MAIW which I think is a wonderful piece of work, I give thanks to the people who created McDill AFB and gave me step by step instructions as to where the traffic files and B-47s went which I fly today. There are new people joining here everyday many do not know what to do when DL files. Please to the masters of creation of AC, Scenery, ect take time out to answer in writing to these new people, I know many already put in their instructions God Bless You, in my 20 yrs with FS5,FS98,FS2000, FS2002,FS9 I thank you.

The prototype Beech 18 is now under complete restoration by the Antique Air Field Association Ottumwa, Iowa. Prototype Beech 18 is a little different from the production Beech 18. It appears to be much more stream lined in appearance then the production Beech 18, it has bumps around the cowlings and no round windows. Thanks Casey

Why is it everytime MS comes out with another franchise then the attitude is FS9 is dead lets run to FS20! There are a lot of stupid people in this world FS9 will go on as long as there are people who will make add-ons for it. Story from Air and Space Magazine found on the web to throw out the Prototype B-17E/F wind tunnel test model that Boeing used in early 1941 was saved at the last minute. Boeing Technitions saved the huge model made of metal and mahagony have restored it to prestine perfect condition, it can be seen at the Boeing Museum in Seattle. Thanks Casey

Thank You Mr Gibson and MRC HJG for taking the time to understand and work through the Boeing 707-120 paints I hope I did not cause you grief but you helped me a lot to understand how the HJG 707s work. After reading an interview with Mr Milton Shupe that 3was done by FS.Com you have to know the different programs such as GMAX, and many more that cover gauges panels,ect. Mr Shupe is retiring and without him what will we do? Hopefully he will pass on to other gifted people in the future. Thanks Casey

I have just finished DL your Avro York M24 For FS9, and also pasting Mr Hans Hermann's ASCALON paint which was Sir Winston Churchill's plane that took him to Yalta in 1944, your Avro York flies perfect it has no vices. But the ASCALON paint does not work at all. Following Mr Hans Hermann instructions to apply a model.moyd which I got from a earlier York. the only thing is how do you apply it to the aircraft model.cfg? Do I remove the original model York? I first tried contacting Mr Hermann but his e-mail address came back as not correct. Thank You Casey
