  1. Tried to pull up a saved flight for the first time this morning since first update. Result: crash to desktop. Steve N
  2. Lotusteve, be aware that saving a flight as g7rta suggests only saves the flight itself and not the flight plan.
  3. I took the plunge and ordered a new desktop computer for MSFS 2020 this morning and it will be here the middle of next week. I am assuming that all I need to do is uninstall MSFS 2020 on my current computer and then redownload from the MS store site once the new computer is up and running. I originally ordered MSFS from Best Buy, but don't know that I still have the original email with the product code. Will the MS Store manage all that in the background or am I screwed without the original product key?
  4. I have noticed that is very difficult to see the flight instruments from the cockpit view on sunny days because of the glare of the sun. If you zoom in to focus on the panel, then the instruments are more readable, but you lose the outside view which is critical on take-off and landing. I should probably already know this since I have been flight simming for over 10 years, but is there a setting that tones down the outside brightness on sunny days so that the flight instruments are readable? Any help will be appreciated. Steve N
  5. One of the things I really liked about all of the previous versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator was the ability to stop and save a long flight in the middle and then go back and complete the flight at a different sitting. This allowed me to complete long flights without having to dedicate a whole day solely to flight simming. Has anyone figured out if this functionality is included in MSFS 2020 and if so, how is it done? Thanks in advance for your help.
