    You are not alone. I have had no success in downloading it and support has been non-existent so far. I agree, there is no help out there.

    How were you able to get your refund. I have been unable to download MSFS2020 nor get the technical help. I pre-ordered through the Microsoft Store. My next step is to contact my credit card company.
