TFS 5.0 will enable players to battle it out on land, sea and air in the new North African desert map (time frame - December 1940 to June 1942), and the existing Channel map (time frame - December 1940 to August 1941). Test flight and operational cockpit update of the TFS 5.0 Vickers Wellington. Video introduces the functional Wellington 1a cockpit. Cockpit look around, cold start, taxi, circuit, to landing. With a hefty payload, and relative ease to fly, all versions of the Wellington, including the torpedo variant, will prove very popular with the bomber crews, new and experienced, in the flight sim community. We have shown in cockpit messages and mouse, to point out various components and functions throughout the video. Also featuring the latest map build and populated Tobruk airfield. WIP update. The Ju 88 C-4 and C-4 Late are two of the new aircraft coming to expansion of IL-2 Cliffs of Dover Blitz, TFS 5.0, including the highly anticipated North African theatre of war. Ju-88C-4 - long wingspan model with uprated Jumo 211F, (rated at max 1340 PS) with three 7.92mm MGs and one 20mm MG/FFM. Also includes single upper rear gun positions. This was used as a night fighter, night intruder and also a heavy day fighter in Maritime patrols over the Bay of Biscay, English Channel and Mediterranean. Ju-88C-4-Late - long wingspan model with uprated Jumo 211F with three 7.92mm MG's, one nose 20mm MG/FFM and two 20mm MG/FFM's mounted in gondola pod. Also includes dual upper rear gun positions, but the lower rear facing gun in gondola is removed. This was used as a night fighter, night intruder and also a heavy day fighter in Maritime patrols over the Bay of Biscay, English Channel and Mediterranean. Featuring latest map work. Team Fusion Simulations is proud to announce that we will be exhibiting at the upcoming Oz Flight Sim Expo at the Shellharbour Airport (near Wollongong - south of Sydney) on Saturday 2nd May and Sunday 3rd May, 2020. The expo is running in conjunction with Wings over Illawarra, the Sydney Airshow. A crowd of 30,000 is expected at the airshow, in what going to be a massive event for all involved. This will be our first official exhibition of IL-2 Cliffs of Dover Blitz. Here's THE BIG NEWS! In a world exclusive, TFS is very excited to announce that we will be showcasing, and giving expo attendees the first opportunity to fly in the upcoming North African Theatre expansion!! Latest Alpha testing release features new and constantly improving special effects and features, including dust, explosions and improved AI. The explosions look great, and we are very happy with the look and progression of the dust effects. All designed to further increase realism to the simulation. All components showcased are still a WIP, and will be further improved on release. They are all coming along extremely well. Ground assets with have desert paint schemes on release. Hope you also enjoy the post production 'Newreel' effects at the start and end of the video. IL-2 Cliffs of Dover Blitz is a realistic WW2 flight simulation based on the Battle of Britain.
