  1. Hi there, For anyone who's ever encountered the dreaded "Visual Model Could not be Displayed" error with old flight simulators on modern OS, I've created a short video that details how to fix this using the freeware program MDLFix, available from the file library here. Many thanks!
  2. It's great to know that these old articles haven't been deleted, and thank you very much for your response! Hopefully once the new software is fully implemented they'll bring back these old features, but it's a great relief knowing they aren't gone.
  3. Hi there, In my free time, I used to enjoy reading the reviews for old add-ons that were written here back in the day, and they would also help with making YouTube Videos. Unfortunately, I can't find any way to read these reviews again, as they seem to have disappeared and the Wayback Machine hasn't archived them. The links that come up when you search online link back to the old site before everything was changed, as shown here by the review for Harrier Jump Jet, an old CFS2 add-on. I can't even find most of the "new" ones from the 2010s about FSX and P3D add-ons. If they do still exist, then I don't find it particularly intuitive or easy to access them. Sorry, we could not find that! (flightsim.com) Apologies if this is a pretty obvious answer of they're just old and have been deleted, but alas, many thanks
  4. I had this same issue too, it's to do with running the mdl files on a more modern operating system. You need a program known as MDL Repair to fix this, which can be downloaded from the link below. You'll need to run all of the models that don't work under it which can be slightly time-consuming, but it's extremely helpful. Apologies that this reply is late, but hopefully this helps anyone who may stumble across this post. https://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/fslib.php?do=copyright&fid=50359
  5. Hi all! Unsure if this is the best place to post this, but I have made a video review of RAF Collection for Fs98. Enjoy!
  6. I've never downloaded anything from there, and I'm weary of places I have not downloaded from, so I'd rather get it from somewhere I know first- but I'll look into fileplanet. Cheers
  7. Are you aware of any other places to get it from? I can't seem to find it on flightsim.com's library, nor can I find it on Avsim's one.
  8. Hi, Where did you download the 2.01 demo/update from? I've spent ages looking for it but can't seem to find anything from a reliable source. Thanks
