A) It stays in the air at 37 knots? Vectored thrust? :-) B) I have the same problem. The CN Tower (some big stick in Toronto) was just a dark cylinder regardless of how often I didn't hit it. Manual cache solved that, but it never loaded by itself. I assume that these issues are slowly being fixed. The famous Forth Rail Bridge in Scotland is completely missing. C) I too fly the Cessna 152 because it is the slowest thing around for sightseeing. The FS X 2014 version had helicopters which are great for popping in and out of places. Rotary wing will eventually be added, it better be.
